Barts Health NHS Trust is one of Britain's leading healthcare providers. It consists of Barts Hospital, The Royal London and Mile End Hospitals, Newham and Whipps Cross Hospitals.
Applications are invited for a Band 7 Lung Cancer Nurse Specialist (CNS), consideration would be given to a Band 6 in a CNS development post, this would require competency achievement before progressing to a band 7. Working fulltime in our busy lung cancer service at Whipps Cross Hospital, with 2 x CNS colleagues, you would be part of the wider lung cancer service across Barts Health.
The post holder will work closely with the respiratory and oncology teams, across sites (occasional cross site cover may be required). There will be an opportunity to work in a nurse led clinic and attend MDT's.
We are looking for a patient focused nurse to join our team and help the service deliver responsive and compassionate care.
