We are looking for a candidate who is committed to working in partnership with service users, their family/carers, staff, the local ICB and service providers across the health and social care system to provide high quality, innovative and joined-up care for people with mental health problems and their families. The applicant must have leadership skills appropriate to the grade such that they will be able to work alongside others to innovate and implement service improvements.
About us
The successful applicant will join a friendly, highly-skilled and enthusiastic community of applied psychologists within West Sussex and a broader, highly experienced Psychology leadership network across Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. You will receive regular clinical and professional supervision as well as a commitment to your own continuing professional development. Our Trust offers a wide range of CPD and the post-holder will have the opportunity to develop special interests and expertise in line with service and team objectives. You will be encouraged to contribute to the Psychology strategies and developments in West Sussex including our Diversity and Inclusion strategy and Staff Wellbeing strategy.
Flexible Working: We encourage flexible working. We know that a positive work/life balance brings about huge health-related benefits, which has a positive impact on the care we provide.
