We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Estates Officer to join our dynamic team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring that our healthcare facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with all relevant standards. As an Estates Officer, you'll oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of minor building works undertaken by the Estates & Facilities Directorate, contributing directly to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main duties of the job

You'll oversea the day-to-day maintenance operations and provide leadership and support to the estates team to ensure all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with statutory regulations.

In this role you'll be able to contribute to the deliver of vital healthcare services by ensuring that our facilities are sate to support patient care. We are a collaborative and supportive team and offer opportunities for continuous professional development.
