There is the opportunity to discuss how some direct clinical work (up to 20% of the role) could be incorporated into the post if you come from a clinical background. There are plenty of training opportunities available, including a 6 month Compassionate Manager programme.

If you are interested, please get in touch to discuss the role further.

Work in partnership with clinical and pathway leads, the Service Manager and other senior staff to establish effective multi-disciplinary working within the team and the wider CAMH Service.

Liaise with a range of stakeholders including commissioners (where appropriate).
