Bank Health and Wellbeing Counsellor/Therapist
Our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service is looking for an experienced counsellor to join their team and enhance the support provided to staff in the Trust.
The multidisciplinary team is made up of therapists with skills in a range of psychological approaches, each trained to deliver proactive evidence-based interventions to support staff in their health and emotional wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
The role will hold a clinical caseload providing assessments and psychological interventions, including short-term counselling.
The post holder will work collaboratively with the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team to promote and deliver psycho-educational training to staff, where appropriate.
This post will be varied and interesting requiring drive and enthusiasm, empathy and caring, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.

The main purpose of the job is to support the provision of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Trustwide and to deliver a quality range of preventative care measures that enable staff, who are experiencing psychological distress to receive an integrated and holistic approach to their recovery.

- Registration/Accreditation with UKCP/BACP/BPC

- Mindfulness Practitioner Certificate or equivalent
