A key part of the role will be working with users across the Trust to manage the activities relating to Product Management. The workforce system products the team manage include applicant tracking and talent management software, learning management, erostering, expenses, digital forms, staff benefits, staff survey and occupation health software to name a few. The role requires a focus on streamlining, automation but most importantly, improved user experience.
Specialist systems knowledge, guidance and advice will be provided both internally to the Trust users and externally.
System and workflow knowledge required in Service Now HR Service Module.
The post holder will be responsible for assessing new & updated system functionality and ensuring that workforce information (WI) systems are utilised to their full potential.
In order to successfully deliver in this role, you will need to be able to develop and sustain key working relationships to understand what our users need and to leverage the systems to maximise optimisation. This includes looking at future system releases to test and implement changes and new functionality which supports the reduction of manual processes.

Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2023/24 | NHS Employers).
