Our Commissioning Team will lead and facilitate the quality oversight, case management, contracting, finance, business intelligence and organisational development to deliver new ways of working.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to join our established commissioning team as a Performance Lead.

Please note that the base for this role will be the nearest East Midlands NHS base to the applicant's home. The applicant will need to have the ability to travel however although this is likely to be infrequent. Home working due to Covid19 is applicable to this post.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who enjoys partnership and networking, establishing new operating procedures and working across multiple organisations whilst ensuring the underpinning systems and processes are in place that will enable our provider collaboratives to build on our success.

The performance lead will play a key role in the reporting, analysis and monitoring of performance against national, local and internal targets, whilst promoting a positive culture that actively encourages learning, development and knowledge sharing.

If you are an accomplished, confident, self-motivated and innovative professional with a comprehensive understanding of national and local performance standards with the ability to implement a range of performance reports and solutions to help improve quality, please apply. Applications are welcome as a fixed term contract or secondment and a permanent position. Please ensure if you are applying for a secondment you do have the support of your organisation.
