Lymington New Forest Hospital, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a caring, compassionate, self-motivated and reliable Charge Nurse, to cover a vacancy. We are looking for committed individuals to support the leadership of our amazing teams on our medical and rehabilitation wards.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant must have substantial years' experience as a Band 5/6 in a ward setting, with experience of running a shift. You will also need to be an experienced, compassionate, 'hands on' Charge Nurse. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, and you should be able to motivate the team to achieve and surpass the expectations of our patients, visitors and colleagues. As a Senior Member of the Team, you will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills and be confident in your clinical and communication skills.
