The Quality Accreditation Project Manager will be a key member of the team to support effective design of the quality systems and services.

Your duties will include:
- Scoping and planning the accreditation requirements for Physiological sciences ensure all clinical physiological services across DBTH & The Montagu Community Diagnostic Centre can gain and retain their Improving Quality in Physiological Services (IQIPS) accreditation.
- Leading the quality accreditation work stream scope and plan an effective Quality Management in accordance with Trust policies and IQIPS standards to ensure continuing accreditation and participation in appropriate external reviews.
- Administration and co-ordination role
- Audit and data collection, service improvement projects and ensure safe and effective practice
- Support the trust to address Accreditation, working closely with corporate teams including the Medical Directors Office, clinical leads, the CDC lead nurse, organisational Lead Healthcare Scientist and communication and engagement personnel to enabling effective access to services

- Minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience in Project Management including planning, implementation, benefits realisation, project closure and review or clinical expertise within the physiological sciences field and quality accreditation
- Demonstrable experience of achieving targets and implementing innovative solutions within financial constraints
- PRINCE2 trained to at least foundation level or equivalent Project Management experiences/qualification
- Knowledge of the end to end project lifecycle
- Good understanding of current national NHS policies and their impact on health services and health inequalities
- Demonstrable experience in the use of process re-engineering techniques including As Is and To Be
- Experienced in running client workshops/delivering presentations
Desirable
- Good level of knowledge of Service Delivery within the NHS
- Knowledge and expertise with quality improvement work/strategies
