Are you looking to develop leadership and management skills with the support of an Operational Lead and another deputy, as well as work within an experienced multi-disciplinary team?

Buckinghamshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) are offering you an excellent opportunity to join our ‘Getting More Help’ pathway as a Deputy Operational Lead. This role is crucial to our pathway - supporting the Operational Lead in the effective and safe implementation of the service, as well as auditing, supervision and general day to day leadership. As well as the opportunity to develop leadership and management skills, you will be able to continue to use your clinical skills.

Our service is based on the ‘Thrive model’, and we have partnered with the charity Barnardo’s to ensure a value based collaborative approach to service delivery. You will be working in a supportive and lively multidisciplinary community based team delivering a service to children, young people and their families. Differences in training are respected and valued and you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in the delivery of a modernised and comprehensive service.

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust has been rated as Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

We are a responsive and innovative Foundation Trust that places our values of Caring, Safe and Excellent at the heart of everything we do. We take great pride in our staff and believe that investing in you is key to us achieving our vision of outstanding care delivered by outstanding people.

We work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver care and support to people in their own homes and from a number of hospitals and community bases. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible.

We require an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is willing to make a real change. Do you have a ‘can do’ attitude and are quality focused? Are you ready for a challenge and do you possess excellent communication and organisational skills? Then you are the person we are looking for!

You will be based in Aylesbury, with time spent in High Wycombe as required.
