We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly and dynamic team within the Intensive Care Unit at Nobles Hospital.
Main duties of the job
Our six-bed unit is a combined intensive care and high dependency facility, providing critical care services for the Isle of Man. We care for patients across a range of disciplines, including medical, surgical, and trauma cases. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of nursing care. We are committed to supporting your professional growth by guiding you through the Critical Care Network Step Competencies. This will equip you with the skills and confidence to manage the diverse conditions encountered in the critical care environment, empowering you to excel as a competent and confident nurse.
