An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified, interested and enthusiastic individual to join our Steps -2- Recovery (S2R) Service . This vacancy is at David Bromley House Knowle Solihull. We focus on supporting individuals to attain their desired level of social and occupational functioning. The service operates a collaborative approach to deliver a recovery and social inclusion model through a multi-skilled team of several disciplines. The unit offers personal packages of care tailored to meet the individuals' needs to equip them when they move on from complex care.
David Bromley provide specialist care for service users that often have complex mental health needs and offers support in people's recovery through holistic treatments; promoting social inclusion, self-management, personnel autonomy and independence. Main duties of the job
Successful applicants must be a registered Mental Health nurse, able to work in challenging and dynamic recovery focused complex care environment and will need to demonstrate a range of skills including effective communication, empathy, self-awareness, compassion and critical self-reflection, managing patients with physical illness and personal care . We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses or those nearing the end of their studies.
