An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about working with children and their families, and who wants to be part of a supportive and inclusive team.

We pride ourselves on reflective, neurodiversity-affirming, and strength-based care.

We balance clinical appointments with other responsibilities and allocate significant time for intervention in every role.

We prioritise support and clinical supervision. You will have an induction period with shadowing and joint sessions, as well as regular supervision and a Band 5 peer support group.

What our most recent Band 5s said:

I always thought I would work with adults until I did my placement here. Working with this team completely changed my mind. The support, knowledge and expertise amongst the whole team was astounding. Since starting as a Band 5, this has only continued, and I can't imagine any other team I would rather be a part of in my first job.

When I first started, I felt so supported by everyone. We regularly check in on each other which is not something I experienced previously outside of the NHS-the emphasis on wellbeing in this team is fab. I feel as if I can always ask for support from anyone. I would think anyone lucky to be in this team, made even better by team days having fun together.
