We are looking for excellent RMNs or OTs who can transform the lives of people who are experiencing mental health problems. We are a friendly and dynamic Adult Mental Health Team based in the historic market town of Banbury, working across the beautiful north Oxfordshire countryside.

Based in our Treatment Function, you will have the opportunity to work creatively in enabling people of different backgrounds to learn about their mental health and to engage in evidence based interventions. You will work alongside colleagues sharing ideas for best practice and problem solving as a team.

Becky and Jenny will actively support you to excel in your role, with opportunities to enhance your clinical skills through post qualification learning and regular supervision. We need qualified RMNs and OTs to work full time, but we understand the importance of work life balance - so please get in touch to discuss your needs and consider what working patterns might suit you!
