We will consider offering this opportunity a development post to clinicians currently working at an 8a level, helping you progress to an 8b via a supported process of professional development.

Clinical leadership opportunities are actively encouraged and supported.
Main duties of the job

You will be enthusiastic and motivated with excellent clinical skills ready to meet the challenges of delivering the best possible services across RISE. We can offer flexibility in terms of working patterns and hours.
This is an exciting time to join the RISE service as we expand the psychological professionals workforce and move towards an integrated children's directorate implementing a new clinical framework for children's wellbeing.
You will be working closely with team and clinical leads within Rise Services and have opportunities to help shape and develop our core mental health provision. Reporting to the Service Manager and the Consultant Psychologist for Rise Core, you will be enthusiastic and motivated with excellent clinical skills and ready to meet the challenges of delivering the best possible services across RISE.
