The post holder will work closely with a range of teams to deliver the continous service improvement agenda for South Tees NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide an informed understanding of service improvement and OD principles, supported by strong leadership, management coordination and a strategic awareness.

In particular, the post holder will liaise across the organisation, and wider healthcare system, in order to ensure that training and interventional support is fit for purpose, serving as an 'internal-consultancy' support service for those services requiring ongoing improvement.

The post holder will be required to identify, build and manage strong and influential relationships on behalf of the Trust with key stakeholders and to deliver training on service improvement.
