o A newly built, state of the art critical care building featuring 48 Level 3 beds across three floors providing a patient-centred holistic model of care and a truly outstanding environment to work in. The clinical areas are bright, airy, and modern.

The department strives to provide education and training to its colleagues, and you can expect to receive: Completion of an ICU Foundation Programme if required
Opportunity to apply for and undertake a Post Graduate Certificate in Adult Intensive Care Practice if not already attained.
Completion of a leadership course supportive of the role and future development if required
Learning and Development:As a valued member of our team, you will receive: Regular performance appraisals and personalised development plan. Simulated Practice Dedicated Team Development Training days Optional secondment and rotation to other critical care areas
