We are looking for an individual who is able to work in a collaborative manner, building strong local networks across the system and is able to liaise with other agencies and partners working with children across Richmond Borough. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can confidently develop and deliver a responsive SEND service.
Main duties of the job
This individual will be joining a professional team, they will act as a SEND champion working alongside health visitors, school nurses, therapy staff, acute services and children's centres. They will be responsible for reviewing and developing pathways which enable positive health outcomes for children and their families in Richmond.

- Registered children's or adult Nurse
- Registered Health Visitor or equivalent relevant qualification or experience working with children/families and managing a caseload of families in the community.
- Current NMC registration
- Evidence of continuing post-registration education and training
