Knowledge Requirements
Essential
- Knowledge and understanding of a range of administration and HR work procedures and practices, some of which are non-routine in nature
- Knowledge of the relevant procedures, plus knowledge of how to deal with related non-routine activities, such as answering queries, progress chasing, task-related problem solving.
- Knowledge of specialised IT systems, with the ability to problem solve to answer system queries effectively

- Previous NHS experience

- Good standard general education to GCSE level.
- ECDL or willingness to work towards
- RSA / NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
