Our ambition is to make working in Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust an attractive career opportunity for clinical staff from Health Care Assistant through to Advanced Practitioner. In order to help achieve this ambition we are looking for Practice Development Nurse to join the CLCH Academy to promote and facilitate practice development within our community nursing teams. As a PDN you will join the CLCH Academy Team where you will be supported with your development whether this is at undergraduate or post graduate level.

- To establish and maintain productive working relationships and communications with key stakeholders
- To contribute to relevant internal and external committees and forums, and represent the Academy team or designated service as required
- To provide progress reports aligned to measurable project deliverables to the Academy team, Locality Manager, divisional staff, and other key stakeholders
