We are looking to recruit to an Operational Coordinator working within our busy Trauma & Orthopaedics and Rheumatology Department at Colchester Hospital. The Operational Coordinator will take full responsibility for the day to day line management of administrative teams within their Clinical Delivery Group.
The Operational Coordinator will be responsible for providing Leadership to the administrative teams and ensuring that a high quality comprehensive administrative service is delivered.

- The Operational Coordinator will take full responsibility for the day to day line management of administrative teams within their Clinical Delivery Group.
- The Operational Coordinator will be accountable for monitoring, assessing and reporting on performance within defined service areas. This will involve highlighting any issues to the Service Manager and identifying appropriate action to be taken. The Operational Coordinator will also be required to attend all relevant performance meetings with their Service Manager and will be required to deputise in their absence.
