This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse who has Paediatric community experience of working with vulnerable CYP and their families The team is part of our Healthy Child Programme Service 0-19 which incorporates Health Visiting, School Nursing and Teenage Pregnancy Services. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working as a qualified Senior Staff Nurse and working with babies, children and young people. Main duties of the job

To effectively lead and deliver on the Healthy Child Programme (DH 2021) to improve outcomes, identification and targeting of health needs for vulnerable children and families. These may include Asylum Seekers, Domestic Abuse, homelessness, refugees, sex workers, drug & alcohol addiction, trafficking, temporary accommodation residential assessment unit and to work on both authorised and unauthorised sites for travellers.To work as part of a team to ensure that the services key performance indicators targets are achieved.To act as a role model and be professional at all times adhering to the current NMC Code of Conduct.
