Main duties of the job
Our rotations:
- Medicine (including respiratory and the acute medical unit)
- Orthopaedics (elective)
- Acute Stroke
- Stroke rehabilitation
- Emergency Department - AHP Team
- Potential opportunities to rotate with community teams
Supporting our patients:
- Participate in the Band 5 rotation scheme within Fairfield General Hospital in Bury . Potential to rotate within community services in the future.
- Provide autonomous assessments and interventions, for own designated caseload of patients with support and supervision for more complex needs.
- Maintain clinical responsibility for own caseload and that of delegated tasks.
- Be aware of your own limitations and competency, seeking senior support when required.
- Provide support and training for junior staff and students.
