Finance Business Partner (STHFT & NTHFT Partnership)- 37.5 hours

University Hospitals Tees are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner ( FBP) to support the development of the Hospital Group. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Finance Officers of both Trust you will work with the newly established clinical boards, providing financial expertise and advice as new models of delivery are shaped and developed. Driving and setting the financial agenda, the FBP will play a strategic role alongside the operational management teams and supported by the financial management teams.
The ideal candidate will be CCAB/CIMA qualified, ambitious and a committed individual who is able to demonstrate and will need to have extensive experience in leading and managing teams within finance. Strong management and communication skills will be key to this role to ensure that they are able to provide efficient support to the operational teams as well as the wider finance directorate.
Main duties of the job
The role also encompasses reporting, analysis and planning activities which require attention to detail and liaising with the wider stakeholders to ensure accuracy and cohesion to the processes, ensuring that deadlines are met with a professional approach.
In providing specialist financial expertise and leadership to the business there is an almost constant requirement for the post holder to exercise intense concentration and sustained mental effort in order to analyse, understand, retain and convey information. There is a frequent need for the post holder to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads according to the demands of stakeholders and to meet financial deadlines.
