Dudley Improvement Practice - Divisional Practice Coach
We're doing some exciting work at Dudley with our continuous quality improvement system and are looking for someone who can drive forward our plans for developing a trust-wide culture of continuous improvement and support our people improve their work, services and experience for patients.

Main duties of the job
As a Divisional Practice Coach for the Dudley Improvement Practice (DIP), you will be responsible for overseeing delivery of the Trust's Improvement Practice system based on Continuous Improvement principles.
You will support front line clinical & operational staff,senior managers and patients to implement improvements to patient services.

- develop improvement capability and capacity at DGFT using Dudley Improvement Practice system
- develop long-term plans for Value Stream work with at least one division
- undertake data collection to support Value Stream work
- deliver teaching and knowledge transfer to support improvement leadership development and the roll out of improvement initiatives
- coach others in improvement methods
