A Monday-Friday working pattern is just one of the attractions of a PWP lead role with Talking Therapies.
We are looking for qualified B6 Team Lead Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our friendly team. We cover six localities across the county, all within about 40 minutes of our central hubs in Bracknell and Reading. This will be a Permanent post, with current roles available in Reading, Bracknell or WAM (Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead).
**Currently, we are doing a mix of office and home working, in order to support staff preference and also service need.
We are a Talking Therapies service that leads on innovation, boasting a preceptorship programme for our staff, allowing them to have a clear progression plan and develop in their career with us.

Main duties of the job
- Providing high volume low intensity interventions using cognitive behavioural therapy for mild to moderate anxiety and depression
- The opportunity to work closely with the Step 2 Quality and training lead to support the clinical caseloads of the trainee PWPs and on occasion the Qualified PWPs through case management and clinical supervision, and manage their workloads through Line Management Supervision in order to assist the PWP Team Co-ordinator to manage waiting lists and capacity within the low intensity service.

- Post graduate certificate in evidence based psychological treatments (IAPT pathways)
- Registered with BABCP or BPS for PWP Accreditation. (Please note this is now a standard requirement of all IAPT services) https://www.babcp.com/PWP/How-to-apply

- Willing to work one 12-8pm shift per week (the rest either 8-4pm or 9-5pm, no late shifts on Fridays)

Education/Qualifications/Training
Essential
- Post graduate certificate in evidence based psychological treatments (NHS Talking Therapies pathways) OR Post graduate certificate involving mental health and primary care. OR CBT training with extensive experience in primary care
Desirable
- Completion of NHS Talking Therapies supervisors training course
- Training in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, arts therapy or within a psychological therapy.
- Psychology degree

- Accredited/registered PWP with the BABCP or BPS
