An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced individual to join and operationally lead the existing dynamic and evolving Inner Northwest Division Walk-In Centre's.
Main duties of the job
You will be operationally responsible for the Walk-In Centre portfolio, as well as providing service -wide leadership on specific issues.
You will therefore have well-honed performance management skills coupled with an understanding and appreciation of same day emergency care clinical pathways.
You will also head up a range of service development initiatives directly as well as working with and through your teams, colleagues, and peers to deliver service improvement projects.
You will operationally manage the three Walk-In Centres which see both adults and paediatrics for minor illnesses and injuries and is a vital part of the northwest London same day emergency care provision supporting local Emergency Departments and Primary Care.
The 3 Inner Northwest Division Walk-In Services are based at :
St Charles Centre for Health & Wellbeing, W10 6DZ
Parsons Green Health Centre, SW6 4UL
Soho Centre for Health and Care, W1D 3HZ
