Are you an experienced Band 5 Paediatric Nurse who would like to develop specialist skills and gain experience in a tertiary paediatric hospital whilst having the benefit of working in a wider trauma centre? Are you ready for a new challenge?
We have the opportunity for a Band 5 post on 7E which is our Medical Unit specialising in Cystic Fibrosis, Respiratory Medicine, Neurology, Haematology, and Endocrinology. We also have an established Long-term Ventilation Bay which offers respiratory support for children requiring both non-invasive and tracheostomy ventilation. We are continually developing an enhanced level of care at ward level in order to support children and families requiring a higher level of medical support without the need for admission to a high dependency unit.

We have a well-established, friendly, dynamic and hardworking team including Practice Development Nurses, Clinical Nurse Specialist and senior nursing team members including a Paediatric Critical Care Outreach Team, who are all ready to help you further your knowledge base.
