We are looking for a team manager to join our team in our community drug & alcohol service. This is a great opportunity to join our committed team and help drive forward our vision to continually improve providing the best support we can for the people we work with.

The Team Manager line manages and provides support, advice, and guidance to a team of drug & alcohol practitioners. The Team Manager will have excellent communication skills and will work closely with the team and service manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service.

You will have opportunities to learn and develop, enhancing your own life and career goals whilst part of a dedicated, supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Main duties of the job

The role of the Team Manager will:

Line manage and provide support, advice, and guidance to a team of drug and alcohol practitioners.

Work with the service manager and team to ensure the service is meeting the needs of those it serves.

Liaise and promote effective pathways with key partner agencies for the benefit of the people we work with.

Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service.

Work closely with the service manager in the day-to-day and strategic direction of services and staffing.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
