We have a groundbreaking innovative rotational role within CAMHS aligned to a development programme to apply for. This post will move you through three areas of CAMHs, achieving competencies in each of the three rotations, to gain experience across the Specialist CAMHS team, Inpatients and Liaison/Crisis pathway.
The post holder will start their development programme in either Inpatients or Specialist CAMHs and complete each section of their competency training programme before moving into the middle section of Liaison/Crisis work. Throughout the programme, the post holder will complete the competency framework in each rotation whilst also attending a CMI Leadership programme over a 6 month period.
The post holder will work under supervision of senior colleagues and the mentorship of the Clinical Education Lead to develop skills to become an autonomous and accountable practitioner within our integrated teams.
