We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated, Workforce Business Partner at Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge.
Due to the promotion of one of our current Workforce Business partners an opportunity has arisen for a 12 month fixed term (secondment for current NHS employees) Workforce Business partner post. post holder will support the wider Trust by advising on the application of terms and conditions of service, best practice, policies /procedures and new legislation including equality and diversity legislation as well as project work where the need arises.
The skills we are looking for are attention to detail, tact, patience, the ability to liaise with colleagues throughout the Hospital and beyond, excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and respectful manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under time restraints and pressure at times. We will provide the necessary support to ensure your development within your role.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a high quality specialised advice and a strategic, operational and business-focused comprehensive HR service to defined divisions whilst also supporting the wider Trust.

- Degree level qualification or knowledge and expertise gained through in-depth i.e. CIPD Advanced Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience to a degree level equivalent.
- Chartered Membership of CIPD or evidence of continued professional development through a suitable equivalent

- Working in an operational workforce generalist role and/or business partner role in an NHS setting.
