Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and proactive Workforce Information Manager to join our already high-performing and friendly Workforce Information Team. The Workforce Information Team continually seek to improve. We are responsible for implementing new workforce systems technology which improves the service we provide to our staff and patients. The team promotes the importance of workforce data within the Trust, ensuring ESR's integration into critical operations.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and well-organised individual who has a passion for data and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing workforce data to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The post holder will enhance workforce information services by developing and maintaining the Trust's use of ESR. Responsibilities include maintaining, planning, developing, and implementing system changes to support Trust and departmental goals.
The successful candidate will ensure ESR is optimised, ensuring accurate and high-quality data, conducting regular audits, and maintaining GDPR compliance. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with various departments to maximize system functionality and align with Trust strategic objectives.

- Specialist knowledge to Masters level through Degree or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development

- Project Management Qualification

- Significant experience of working for the NHS in a similar role
- Experience of working under pressure to challenging expectations and deadlines.
- Experience of extracting, analysing, producing and presenting information
- Strong ESR knowledge or similar HR system knowledge
- Experience within a systems background.
