The Collaboration of Acute Providers is hosted by York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and an integral part of the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System. As a system we are embarking on transformational change across our urgent care, elective care and diagnostic services. As part of a dynamic Programme Team, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced people to drive our change programme and deliver on our ambitions for our patient.
Created in line with the 2019 NHSE national strategy, the Imaging Network enables the radiology services to collaborate to make best use of resources across the region with the purpose of improving patient outcomes, staff experience and service operations.
A key focus of the role will be to ensure the effective introduction of an AI solution to support the detection of fractures on X-Ray. The aim of this is to support improved accuracy, increased efficiency and improved outcomes for patients.
Applications for fixed term or secondments of 12 months and flexible working will all be considered.
Work base: Home based and working across site in York Scarborough Harrogate Hull Scunthorpe Grimsby.

Main duties of the job
- Be responsible for delivery of safe and effective digital clinical solutions within the division/specialties, ensuring that all contractual obligations are delivered as appropriate
- Work in conjunction with services and foster good working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the potential of all digital solutions are being realised and maximised
- Ensure the effective oversight of contractual performance management and governance
- Undertake a key role in business and strategic planning in relation to digital elements.
- Play a pivotal role in programme management of new solution deployments, upgrades and business change processes where applicable
- Support system rationalisation and consolidation wherever possible

- Project Management Qualifications e.g. Prince2 or equivalent relevant experience
- Master's Degree or Equivalent qualification(s)

- Subject matter expertise across a number of key areas relating to urgent and emergency care pathways.
- Project Management competencies, including well developed planning and organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
