London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH) is looking for a high calibre individual to fill a Head of Finance role.

The role will involve working closely as a senior finance business partner with the divisional triumvirate leadership & management teams to support the delivery of service & financial objectives.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will add value to the divisions by :

• Providing expert financial advice for large strategic projects or service developments
• Identifying short and medium term financial and savings plans
• Generating plans to drive the provision of high quality services and improved profitability
• Support the drive to embed service line reporting and patient level costing across clinical areas.
• Benchmarking the Trust against other trusts, using this analysis to drive efficiencies.
