To maintain an effective educational environment through 'at the elbow' coaching and staff development in a variety of clinical settings, whilst working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to enable delivery of high-quality effective care, thus improving the patients' experience
As an experienced and registered Nurse or AHP, the role requires an expert practitioner, resource and role model to encourage evidence-based practice, providing support and supervision for staff.
To be responsible for the development of programmes of Digital clinical systems education and training whilst demonstrating awareness of cultural diversity in the workplace and the need to adapt training accordingly
To collaborate with strategy development and be responsible for the achievement of Digital engagement. The post holder will contribute to ensuring a conducive work environment and he/she will be a change agent with a strong professional and digital focus.
Main duties of the job
o Work closely with the line manager, lead nurse/lead therapist, immediate team, patients & relatives
o Develop good working relationships within the broader multidisciplinary team
o Work collaboratively with other key departments / wards / organisations within the Trust, and external agencies
o Represent the Trust and participate in meetings, training sessions and agreed study forums both within and outside the Trust, which enhance personal and professional clinical standards
