We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, experienced registered nurse to join our team as a Band 6 managerial/clinical position on Ward 8 our General Surgical ward in the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to further develop your managerial knowledge and skills within the surgical directorate.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible approach to work. A commitment to delivering high standards of patient focused care is an essential requirement of the post. You will be a vital part of the ward team, to support the Ward Manager, you will be integral to the governance agenda as well as demonstrating excellent and effective leadership skills. In return, you will be supported by a dedicated and passionate team, and you will be supported in your own professional development.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
