We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable individual to join the Medical Education Team. The post-holder will work closely with the three GPVTS Training Programme Directors to support, promote and develop the GPVTS training programme in line with compliance with national and local policies, procedures and guidance.

Main duties of the job
- Work closely with the three GPVTS Training Programme Directors to manage and deliver the GPVTS training programme
- Responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date electronic data processes, including contact lists and rotation planning
- Prepare progress report for meetings as required
- Manage the weekly teaching programme
- Administer GPVTS finances and control expenditure

- GCSE at Grade C/ Grade 4 or above including English and Maths or equivalent.

- Experience of working with clinical staff in the NHS or equivalent in an administrative capacity
