We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to the innovative work taking place in Talking Therapies.
You will be working in a supportive environment, providing supervision to Employment Advisors, and will hold a small caseload helping people that are experiencing low mood and/or anxiety with practical employment matters. A key part of this role will include generating and presenting data reports.

Main duties of the job
- Monitor performance of the Employment Advisors and keep the Employment Service Managers updated on progress and any emerging issues, and work collaboratively to develop solutions
- Produce and present regular data reports for the service to monitor our performance
- Provide mentoring and coaching to Employment Advisors
- Support a small caseload of clients to find work, stay in work, or return to work after sick leave
- Provide monthly one to one caseload reviews with Employment Advisors to problem solve and identify strategies to help support clients, guiding them individually in best practice
- Offer support via telephone, video calls (Teams), emails, and face-to-face as needed
- Offer varied and tailored support to individuals, using tools and resources to empower clients to resolve practical employment issues
- Research national and local sources of employment support and guidance, adding to the team's bank of resources
