We are looking for a dynamic Orthopaedic Practitioner/plaster technician who can work a team consisting of 2-3 technicians, providing a complete orthopaedic technical service to the Surgical and Anaesthetic Directorate and guidance to any other service group within the Trust.
Can work effectively as a member of the clinic nursing team to ensure the provision of the highest standard of patient and customer care.
You will become part of a talented, dedicated team of people committed to providing the very best in orthopaedic and orthopaedic trauma injury care.
To assist in managing, maintaining and supporting effectively all clinics that run in the Orthopaedic Outpatient Clinic (Fracture Clinic) run alongside orthopaedic surgeons, This includes assisting in planning staffing around clinic templates to ensure the smooth running of the clinics and plaster service for adult and children and help with Virtual Fracture Clinic.
Main duties of the job
Be a part of a team consisting of 2-3 orthopaedic practtioners/ plaster technicians, providing a complete orthopaedic technical service to the Surgical and Anaesthetic Directorate and guidance to any other service group within the Trust.
