We are seeking to appoint a highly efficient and motivated team player to the role of ECHO Education Lead. This post will be working alongside the existing ECHO Education Lead.

The ECHO programme addresses the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System and South Yorkshire Region Education & Careers priorities of supporting the hard to reach care and support staff across the places of Doncaster, Bassetlaw and Rotherham health and social care systems. The post holder will support the health and social care providers within Doncaster, Bassetlaw, and Rotherham deliver excellent patient care through having the right staff trained in the right skill at the right time.
Main duties of the job
Project ECHO (Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes) is a pioneering, innovative way of learning in healthcare. ECHO is an online network that brings health and care organisations together to share learning, best practices and support each other.
Project ECHO facilitates the delivery of a free and tailored programme of training and education across South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw to multiple sites where there is a training and/or education need.Doncaster, Bassetlaw and Rotherham Place partners are at the forefront providing interactive teleconferencing education. Flexible and responsive to workforce educational requirements ECHO provides training on a range of health and care topics such as end of life, learning disabilities, adult mental health, oral health IPC, and mentorship. Working with the Doncaster & Bassetlaw Community Education Network and Education colleagues across Rotherham Place the post holder will ensure the provision of high-quality training and education via tele-ECHO.
