Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Structured Clinical Management Pathway in Tameside and Glossop. You will have access to SCM training, regular group and individual clinical supervision, and the support of a skilled and friendly team. You will work as a member of the team, providing 1-1 and group interventions to service users with complex emotional and relational needs. You will work with a small caseload of people within the SCM programme, with relatively stable but complex presentations, and have the opportunity to offer structured and evidence based care.

- Professional qualification in health or social care (Nursing, allied health professional, social work)
- Current registration with professional body
- Evidence of post registration training/ development

- Mentorship qualification

- Demonstrable experience of working with people with personality disorder
- Significant post registration experience working in a mental health service
- Proven experience of completing mental health assessments, risk assessments and risk management plans without direct supervision
- Experience of MDT and multi- agency working
- Experience of case managing service users care
- Experience of working with service users experiencing suicidal ideation and self harm
- Experience of working to multi-agency safeguarding processes

- Previous experience of working to a model of SCM
