SC CYPs is looking for a driven, inspirational and motivational Deputy Admin Lead that will support the development of the admin and clerical services providing management of a high quality and developing highly efficient administrative workforce. The post holder will be innovative and forward thinking.
The Post will be based in Furness but there is an expectation that it will cover the CYP services across South Cumbria and also working into the Lancaster and Morecambe teams. There is an expectation that there will be travel as required.
We are inviting applications from individuals with strong leadership abilities and experience, excellent organisation skills, ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider management team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner and will provide operational leadership to all the administrative staff and medical secretaries, alongside developing the teams and ensuring robust processes and practices are in place.
