As part of the National CMHT Transformation we are organising our core mental health teams into Neighbourhood localities.
Each locality will have a Locality Operational Lead providing leadership for an integrated team of Recovery, Later Life, Assertive Outreach and Mental Health Intermediate Care, reporting directly to the Deputy Director for Adult Community Services.
The role will involve day to day operational leadership but also the move to an Integrated Locality Team, with new assessment processes and working with primary care colleagues and voluntary services in the individual localities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mental health professional to lead a transformed CMHT service with a strong neighbourhood focus. You will be supported in your role by the Adult Community Leadership Team who will also ensure your personal and leadership development.

About us
We have in excess of 5000 staff working over 50 sites, providing a diverse range of services. We strive to support an organisational culture that is welcoming, builds and celebrates inclusivity and diversity and provides a sense of belonging and trust.
The annual NHS Staff Survey gives our people the opportunity to tell us about their experience working at the Trust. For the 2023 survey just over 2800 colleagues gave us their views (58.5%). It was great to see from the results that colleagues are saying that:
Our results put us as 5th nationally as a Community, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities NHS Employer of Choice and 1st equal amongst all NHS Provider Trusts in the South West.
