The Learning Technologist will be responsible for the day to day running of the Learning Management System (LMS), Including setting up and adding new courses, user data management, creating reports and dashboards.

- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the effective development, and utilization of the system.
- Identifying opportunities to use the LMS to drive innovation and improvements in service provision.
- Build and maintain relationships with a variety of colleagues and help them utilize the LMS as well as build relationships with peers across the Trust.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
Desirable
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
- Certified membership of the Association for Learning Technology (CMALT) or equivalent
Experience

- Experience in using Learning Management System's (LMS)
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel to an advanced level.
