This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Voice and Dysphagia Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join the Speech and Language Therapy team at East Surrey Hospital covering the outpatient service. The service largely covers adult voice patients, with a small dysphagia outpatient caseload and a small paediatric voice caseload.

The successful applicant will have experience working at an advanced level in the assessment, differential diagnosis and management voice disorders as well as experience in assessment and management of dysphagia. You will be able to demonstrate highly developed skills in complex dysphonia from a range of causes including organic, functional or oncological.

You will carry a complex clinical caseload as well as lead in the running of the joint voice clinic with ENT and provide clinical support and supervision to the SLTs within the voice service and the wider SLT team, as well as SLT students. You will have the opportunity to regularly participate in the videofluoroscopy service.

We are committed to continuing professional development and evidence based practice, offering regular in-service training and both peer group and 1:1 support. Internal and external courses are supported.
