The team attend to acutely unwell patients those discharged from Critical care and also provide education to clinical staff.
A nursing background in critical care and an ability to work autonomously is essential, as is a passion for ensuring high quality, safe care to acutely deteriorating patients. A love of teaching is desirable. A passion to develop along the Advanced Practitioner route would be looked on favourably.
