Hepatology is a faced paced and ever growing service that requires the support of a full time Deputy Service Manager. This post will not just involve line management of staff but service support and improvement. Hepatology has both Cancer and 18 week targets with multiple sub-specialites, all requiring support and input from a DSM. We need someone who can be flexible to move with the needs of the service and lead the team in a positive and enthusiastic way. The opportunities that lay ahead for Hepatology in terms of what our service can offer to our patients is what makes this DSM post so exciting for someone who is passionate about making a difference and improving access to healthcare to all.
