The Mental Health 111 services provides 24-hour expert advice, assessment and support for adults in a mental health crisis.This service covers, Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath. We are looking for a full time Business Co-ordinator to join our team. You will be based at Green Lane Hospital, Devizes, working Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00hrs.
The service started in April 2024 and will have bases in each of the 3 localities: Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire. There is currently 1 full time administrator in the team, but this will increase over time.
Main duties of the job
For this role:
You will co-ordinate, manage the service, planning and monitor activity levels to ensure optimum use of resources, including budget management.
You will Provide business co-ordination and oversee admin provision.
You will lead an admin team, providing them with monthly supervision and line management.
You will be supporting the Team Manager and Service Manager.
Ensure effective information systems for the Locality/ Division, working closely with corporate teams and supporting performance/service improvement.
Support development of the administrative function and admin processes within the Division.
Supporting effective internal and external communication systems within the designated part of the Division, including to external stakeholders.

- Business Administration qualification to degree level or equivalent qualifications e.g NVQ Level 4 or equivalent competencies acquired through experience.
- Business acumen to include use of Microsoft, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Experience of providing business support to Director/s or a Senior Manager/s in a large Organisation.
- Able to plan and prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality
- Effective communication skills.
