Do you have the skills to work with colleagues to deliver time limited outputs and have experience of working with a variety of stakeholders whilst resolving technical system issues both in person and remotely?

If you do then this is the right job for you!

Electronic job planning continues to be integrated into Trust processes and we are looking for a systems focussed individual who will support out clinical and management colleagues to manage the e-job planning system whilst understanding how this supports the maximising of clinical productivity. Knowledge and enthusiasm of e-job planning is essential: training and development on the e-job planning system can be provided.

Main duties of the job

You will join a small supportive team where you will manage the e-job planning system and act as the e-job planning system officer, utilising specialist knowledge of systems used by our workforce to undertake annual and in year job plans.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the system is correctly configured, staff using the system are fully trained and that those staff receive the support they need to properly utilise the system. You will ensure policy and processes are relevant and that any data produced through the e-job planning process is analysed and fully utilised by divisions to maximise productivity.

For any questions you have about the role you can contact Shelly Spragg - Medical & Dental HR Workforce Manager via e-mail: or on 01432 804264

About us

Wye Valley NHS Trust is a member of an NHS Foundation Group with South Warwickshire NHS FT , the George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust and Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.

Located on the border with Wales in the shadow of the Black Mountains, we provide acute and community services across Herefordshire and into parts of Powys and run Hereford County Hospital and the community hospitals in Bromyard, Leominster and Ross-on-Wye.

We are a progressive and forward looking trust with ambitious plans to improve quality and integrate patient pathways through close collaborative working with our partners to deliver the quality of care we'd want for our family and friends.

More than 3,500 people work for the Trust - they tell us it's a great place to work, blending the busyness of a DGH with the benefits of working in a beautiful rural and unspoilt county like Herefordshire.

We can offer a great work-life balance and have a fine tradition of working with staff to help them achieve their full potential.
