We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity for you to be part of a newly redesigned integrated Community Children's Mental Health Team here at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking to recruit dedicated, passionate, and motivated team members to serve residents of the Bucks area who may be experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Qualified RMN to work in our dedicated Crisis and Outreach Team for Children & Adolescents. You will have experience with the CPA process and able to assess and plan treatment with service users. You will also be able to assess and manage risks, including the use of Safeguarding processes.

Bucks CAMHS is part of a supportive multidisciplinary team which consists of Doctors, Psychological Therapists, Social workers, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and Support Workers. We pride ourselves on effective risk management for young people and their families across the board and strive to provide the highest level of service to all who are referred.

The OSCA team supports young people who are acutely unwell or requiring a high level of input and engagement. We aim to support young people to remain in the community wherever possible and run a 24/7 Crisis service within the team.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team from across the professions and will be provided with regular supervision and a bespoke induction to meet your needs. You will be encouraged and supported to undertake any training relevant to your professional development and would also support the completion of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Training in line with what we currently offer children & young people. We also offer excellent career progression opportunities for staff and are committed to their ongoing training and Continued Professional Development.

The Trust offers excellent staff benefits including wellbeing support, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, cycle to work scheme, short term let accommodation as well as other benefits including retail discounts and special offers. You can also choose to work additional hours as part of Trust’s staff bank.

Previous employees and applicants welcome to reapply.
